Emergency Flood and Fire Damage Restoration

We attend to any incident of flood and fire damage on an emergency basis. We will work with you or your insurance company throughout the process to ensure you get the best results as quickly as possible.

Emergency flood and fire damage restoration is a full service encompassing all the restoration needs flowing an emergency.

  • Emergency water extraction

Carpet Repairs

Carpet repairs and carpet mending may be needed for many different reasons. A common problem is the stretching of carpets over time, causing bumps to appear. A re-stretching process that we perform can easily resolve this issue.

Holes, iron burns, cigarette burns, tears, split seams and damage caused by partitions and walls being removed are problems that can be repaired!

The repair method for most issues is to cut out the affected area and replace the section with ‘invisible mending’. The replacement piece of carpet can be a new piece of carpet or a piece from another area, such as a built-in wardrobe. We mend split seams with accuracy.

Carpet Steam Cleaning

This system is commonly referred to as ‘steam cleaning’, although no steam is actually generated. The process consists of spraying a solution of water and special biodegradable chemicals into the carpet pile and recovering the water and soil with a powerful vacuum into a holding tank. 

The combination of the chemicals, hot water and water pressure agitates unwanted grime and bacteria while the high-intensity suction removes all unwanted material. A deodorizer and sanitizer finish the process, leaving your areas smelling clean 

and disinfected.

We believe that this is the best method for removing dirt and germs from your carpets. Our specialists will ‘steam clean’ your carpet to restore a clean and healthy condition, allowing you to walk on your carpet within 2-5 hours (weather depending).

Carpet Re-Stretching

Ripples and bumps in a carpet are at best unsightly and at worse present a trip hazard. Carpet re-stretching is a good solution to bring this back in place, eliminating ripples and bumps, safer to walk on, more attractive and will increase the longevity of the carpet
